| Kyla at 7 Months Home

Kyla is on the move these
days. She's not crawling yet - but can flip, scoot and wiggle
herself around in any direction. I find her flipped in the crib,
and she can get to anything within an arm's reach of her mats.
She's at the level now where she can make use of her other mat - the
textured, rubber mat that makes for easy sliding and squirming.
I thought I'd take advantage of how easy this mat is to clean and feed
her on it one day. As you can see below, the mat ate most of her
cereal.

Kyla likes to explore and touch everything. It seems to excite her to now to touch things she could before only see. She squeals and babbles when she's really into it. All this new activity also seems to tire her out. She's more willing to take her naps and enjoys the rest time in her crib.
