| June Pictures Home Miscellaneous shots through June.... Kyla loves the cats and both tolerate her pretty well. Doot has aged a lot over the past year and Kyla is aware of this change. She's very careful around her and always refills her food/water.

Our truck died
and although it didn't get daily use, it didn't take long for us to miss
it. We were lucky to find another that was just what we needed.
This one is a 2001 Dodge Dakota. It's got low mileage and a seat
in the back for Ms. Kyla. We'll probably add a cap to it at some
point.
There's always some sort of a chalk drawing in the works around here. She loves to use it in the rain, although it's very messy! |

These shots are from one day when she wanted to draw planets. I wasn't sure what they should look like so we printed out a guide...and it was a good thing because I had Jupiter and Saturn backwards....oops! The picture to the right is her interpretation of Mercury, Venus and Earth.

June was an
unseasonably hot month for us....humid, stifling and no rain for weeks.
Most days, the pool and water toys offered little relief although they
got their use. Here she is surfing and showing off her new 'do in
the pool!
These coconut shots are from one of her crazy afternoon projects. She had me buy one so we could both drink from it with straws at the same time. This was actually my first time taking on a real coconut, so I was a willing participant! |
