Trip to Philly
Home

Kyla and I made a trip to Philly to help my grandmother celebrate her 80th birthday.  This was Kyla's first visit there, so she finally got to meet my uncles, aunts and cousins.  Mimi (my mom) flew in from Pittsburgh to join us for the visit.

Mimi, Kyla &  Mom-mom

Kyla held up very well through the travel and made herself right at home as soon as we walked through Mom-mom's door.  She had an issue using the airport potty, so her first stop was the bathroom where she found her new favorite toy.   She loved to go in there and play the little slot machine game!

Trying on a new witch costume with treats from Mimi!

My cousin Rachel stopped by with her youngest son, Connor.  Her older son, Blake, was sick.  Connor is only a week or two older than Kyla, and they hit it off right away.  They hugged and she whisked him away to the bathroom so they could both use the potty!

The future Mrs. Winterfest???

Kyla had a few meltdowns during the trip but for the most part, she rolled right along with whatever we were doing.  She got a bunch of new goodies, books and clothes.  I don't know how I fit it all back in the bag for our trip home!
