These shots are from the first couple weeks in May.  The biggest change with Kyla this month has been with her pottying.  She will now pee (or "make waters" which is her term) on the potty about 2-3 times a day.  We still have plenty of accidents but are definitely making progress!!!

She's had a busy month.  We've been going to the swamp toddler program on Wednesdays and then to "Little Gym" on Thursdays for their 2.5-3year old class.  She has fun at both, and they really wear her out.  She starts at a preschool the first week of June.  She'll go everyday and although she's currently scheduled to go full time, we may cut that back if a part time slot opens.

She really enjoys her crafts and coloring.  Her artwork is starting to take shape...she mostly draws snakes and always needs to draw a "family" of snakes.  The "daddy" snake wears a hat and the "mommy" snake will wear glasses.  She's gotten her first taste of scissors and thinks they're great.

Kyla still loves those Dollar Store bugs!  Who would have thought that two little packs of assorted bugs would bring such joy to a little girl's life!  She wants to take them everywhere.  These shots are of her in the bathtub with them, but she'll take them outside, to the store, in the car, to bed...you find them all over the place.  Some of them are a little too realistic for me.  The millipede and small spiders creep me out!
