So far, the best part of having our own place is being able to take Kyla outside whenever she wants.  These pictures are from the first week in February - excuse the "bedhead" but she woke up ready to head out!  The weather has been great...and a nice change from the Montana cold that I complained about for years.  As you can see from this first picture, though....Kyla must miss the snow a bit.  She pulled out one of her sleds and asked me to drag her around the living room!

February in Louisiana

Our yard is already landscaped some, but we're not sure what all is here yet.  From what we understand, things grow *very* quickly here - so I'm sure we'll be in a jungle soon!  Some of our roses are already blooming, and we have flowers on several other trees and bushes but don't know what they are yet.
