Kyla had her first haircut 12/3.  Daddy forced mommy into it.  I was afraid she'd come out of it looking like a boy, but it turned out to be a cute cut.  She was a little nervous when the cape went on and started with "out, out, out", "down, down, down" and "off, off, off" - but she was fine once the cutting started.
