Kyla had her 12 month check-up last week.  She was very entertaining and washed the exam room floor with a wipe while we talked.  The mood changed once her exam and shots started, though.  She was not happy and suddenly became very strong.  Kyla is currently in the 50% - weighs 21lbs13oz and is 28½" long.

I was concerned with her eating because she doesn't seem to have a big appetite yet, but her doctor wasn't worried about it.  She said that she'll start eating more when she's ready.  She's not eating many table foods and still prefers regular baby food for now.  I'm continuing to try new foods with her.  She eats great with a spoon when she wants to - but I think she finds that her fingers are more fun!

Who needs a spoon??? Yogurt! Green beans & Cheese! Breakfast!
