Kyla's grampap (my dad) made her a rocking horse.  It arrived this week.  She's been loving it!  She's not yet big enough to get on or off herself. She's not shy about asking for help to do either.  On-off....on-off....on-off!  That's our cycle!

She can't quite make it "go" yet herself but that doesn't keep her from trying.  She pushes and pulls with all her might.   I've been helping her along by rocking the base with my hand, but this assistance is sometimes unwelcome.
 
The images below are of Kyla wearing her new cowboy boots. They're still a couple sizes too large for her, but she insisted on marching around in them anyway.  It was funny to watch as she's not accustomed to wearing a shoe with a heel - or a hard sole for that matter.  She seemed like she was walking on stilts!
